Through our H2A Program, we seek to select the best candidates to work in U.S. agriculture under H2A visas. We are looking for a professional who feels aligned with the principles and values of Ganaz, to support the implementation of the consular week activities.
Support the H-2A Coordinator in H2A visa management activities before the
United States Consulate in Tijuana, Baja California.
Maintain ongoing communication with consulates and agricultural workers
to ensure compliance with consular requirements and established timeframes.
Organize the consular packages, verifying that the documentation is available
Complete and correct registration of all workers under a contract: valid passport,
DS-160 with correct information, visa-sized photo, etc.
Coordinate transportation of workers from the hotel to the CAS or consulate.
Monitor the arrival of all workers to the hotel and report any situation
with the H-2A Coordinator.
Support the implementation of training for agricultural workers and the
hiring of the same.
Implement the issuance of payroll cards to all workers.
Support updating statuses in Airtable.
Capture visa and passport photos of all workers prior to border crossing.
border and upload them to each worker’s profile on Airtable.
Support the coordination of logistics for transfers and accommodation for workers
during the consular process.
Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in document management
and/or files.
Basic knowledge of labor, immigration and rights regulations or standards
Humans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
Leadership skills, conflict resolution and experience in managing
teams.
Ability to learn and handle new technologies well and make suggestions for
improve them.
Experience in supporting logistics management and handling documentation and files.
Availability to travel and visit other states of the republic.
It is not a requirement to have a visa for the United States, but it is a preferred characteristic .
Salary of 25,000 to 28,000 pesos per month (MXN)
