As CEO and shareholder of the Van Hessen Group Elliot has developed himself as a leader in the food industry. He has worked for more than 20 years in the supply of natural sausage casings to the sausage making industry and pharmaceutical raw material supplies. As CEO, Elliot led many acquisitions, R&D projects and industry associations and made The Van Hessen Group the leader in its field of operation. Since exiting the casing industry Elliot has been using his experience to help younger entrepreneurs.
