Biodiversity Credit International Sales (Senior)

3Bee is the nature-tech company that develops technologies to monitor, protect and regenerate biodiversity.

We work with leading companies to offset their environmental impact through Biodiversity Credits and concrete regeneration projects: our Oases.

What you’ll do

*You will join 3Bee’s commercial team with the goal of positioning regenerative Oases and Biodiversity Credits to Italian and international companies.

*Your work will be strongly outbound-oriented: identifying new leads, contacting them, proposing solutions, closing deals. You will play an active role in building the regeneration market.

Responsibilities

*Scout companies potentially interested in biodiversity, CSRD, offsetting and ESG.
*Drive outbound and inbound sales of regeneration projects and environmental credits.
*Manage the full sales funnel: first contact, call, proposal, negotiation, closing.
*Collaborate with marketing and the regeneration team to craft tailored offers.
*Stay constantly up to date on nature-based markets and regulations (e.g. CSRD, TNFD).
*Build a > €2 M pipeline within 12 months with corporates, developers and financial institutions.
*Educate C-level executives and investors on biodiversity returns through webinars, road-shows and green fairs.

Requirements

*5+ years of B2B outbound sales experience.
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
*Fluent English; a second language (French, German or Spanish) is a plus.
*Strong interest in sustainability, biodiversity and environmental markets.
*Goal-oriented, team-player mindset.
*Familiarity with CRM and digital tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales, Apollo, etc.).
