We support businesses and municipalities in developing a customized climate strategy based on an analysis of their impacts and dependencies on nature, starting with a Digital Environmental Platform that uses advanced technologies, combining satellite data, field technology, and public databases.

With over 1,000 companies involved, the platform has already reached 17,000 monitored sites in 21 countries, thanks to the aggregation and digitization of data based on key risk indicators.

3Bee also collaborates with research centers, schools, farmers, growers, and citizens to promote the importance of protecting biodiversity.

We are seeking an environmental engineer or environmental scientist to join our team with a strong focus on sales and communication across multiple levels of specialization. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a deep understanding of biodiversity and environmental issues.

Responsibility

*Support in organizing events and webinars to promote biodiversity awareness, building connections with the business world, and exploring related regulations and standards (CSRD, ESRS, SBTN, NRL).

*Support in the creation of new training content on biodiversity for companies, including company case studies based on the 3Bee monitoring platform.

*Support in managing partnerships with trade associations and national and international organizations related to biodiversity and nature.

*Support in designing and developing innovative business strategies to promote and market biodiversity monitoring and regeneration solutions.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and effectiveness.

Requirements

*Degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, or similar.

*Theoretical knowledge of ESG regulations such as CSRD, reporting standards and anti-greenwashing regulations

*Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on detail and problem solving

*Excellent communication and public speaking skills

*Sense of responsibility

*Passion for environmental and biodiversity issues.

*Ability to communicate effectively in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is an added advantage.
