Research Technician – Product Development & Innovation

Your Role in Our Journey:

* Prepare chemical solutions, biological media, food and beverage prototypes, and experimental formulations in support of research and development activities.

* Conduct microbiological research involving the cultivation, handling, and analysis of bacterial, yeast, and mold species.

* Perform laboratory testing and analytical procedures, collect and analyze experimental data, and prepare technical reports and summaries.

* Independently manage assigned research projects, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of results.

* Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation to ensure reliable performance and accurate results.

* Prepare, package, document, and coordinate the shipment of client and research samples while maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records.

* Maintain laboratory operations through equipment maintenance, sterilization, inventory management, workspace organization, and compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards.

* Collaborate with cross functional teams to support research initiatives, solve technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Your Technical Toolkit:

* Accurate pipetting, measuring, and weighing techniques

* Basic laboratory techniques and procedures

* Knowledge of chemistry, microbiology, and food science principles

* Understanding of aseptic techniques and contamination control

* Ability to interpret and follow technical protocols and SOPs

* Basic analytical and problem-solving skills for laboratory testing

* Ability to accurately record, organize, and interpret data

* Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation

* Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and quality standards

* Understanding of sample handling, labeling, and shipping requirements

* Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, and reporting
