Cromatic is a venture-backed TechBio company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are building AI that turns data -> signals -> revenue for sales leaders in life sciences companies.

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive for a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will perform day-to-day sales activities, lead generation, new business development, business planning, and account management.

The Role

* Generate leads and identify new business opportunities

* Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth

* Implement and conduct outbound sales using various channels

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary environment

* Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients

* Contribute to business planning and market analysis

Qualifications

* 5+ years of work experience in sales

* Proven track record in meeting sales quotas

* Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies and effective customer engagement

* Excellent communication and presentation skills. Is a storyteller

* Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field

* Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment with cross-functional teams
