Founding Growth Associate

The Role

* Plan and execute large-scale events to increase brand visibility and industry presence

* Manage conference operations, client meeting coordination, and strategic partner engagement

* Design, build, and optimize outbound growth systems across email, LinkedIn, CRM, enrichment, and automation platforms

* Assist with day to day operations of the company

Qualifications

A candidate who succeeds in this role is usually someone who has consistently outperformed expectations in whatever environment they were previously in, even early in their career.

We are less focused on traditional credentials and more interested in evidence of initiative, intensity, and follow-through. Examples might include:

* Joining a research lab and leaving with multiple publications, patents, or meaningful contributions to projects

* Winning highly competitive scholarships, fellowships, grants, or academic awards

* Cold emailing or outbounding to hundreds of people to land a selective internship, research position, or opportunity

* Building side projects, communities, or businesses outside of school or work

* Teaching yourself highly technical skills without formal training

* Taking ownership of difficult projects that were well beyond your experience level

* Consistently becoming the person people rely on in fast-paced or ambiguous environments

* Finding unconventional ways to create opportunities instead of waiting for them to appear

* Demonstrating exceptional persistence, curiosity, and resourcefulness in competitive settings
