Agronomist Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end rice cultivation projects by driving agronomic excellence, field execution, and sustainable productivity.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in rice cultivation, plantation management, or agricultural extension.

* Strong understanding of rice production systems, crop nutrition, irrigation management, and pest management.

* Experience in field data analysis and agronomic reporting.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and agricultural data management tools.

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Willing to travel extensively and work in rural agricultural areas.
