Revolutionizing Indonesian Agriculture: Empowering Farmers through Agri-Tech Innovation

Responsibilities

* Planning and developing strategies and content briefs for all of the company’s digital and social media platforms.

* Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor and respond to audience interactions across multiple platforms.

* Conduct audience analysis and competitor research (especially in the agritech industry) for strategy development and content benchmarking.

* Compile regular social media and digital performance reports, including analysis of engagement, reach, and follower growth.

* Manage and update website content according to company developments and needs.

* Produce copywriting for all corporate communication needs, including social media, websites, press releases, campaigns, and other promotional materials.

* Plan and manage media releases, media inquiries, as well as monitor media coverage and update the media dashboard.

* Building and maintaining relationships with external parties for media engagement, speaker engagement, award recognition, and other strategic collaborations.

* Collaborate with the Creative & Design team in content production, including narrative planning, vendor coordination, and video shooting process supervision.

* Covering field activities and company events, and documenting every activity as part of communication and branding needs.

Requirements

* Bachelor (Strata-1) in Marketing & Communication or Communication Science
* Have experience in public relations.
* Able to do copy writing and content creation.
* Can carry out effective project management.
