Field Agronomist Indramayu

Responsibilities

Supervise the implementation of Eratani’s daily operations in the assigned area from upstream to downstream.

Requirements

* Minimum education D4 or S1 Agriculture (Agroecotechnology, Agribusiness, or Agricultural Extension).

* Minimum 1 year experience in agriculture (fertilizer, seed, pesticide, or rice cultivation is a plus); fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Understand local conditions and characteristics of the work area, including planting patterns and cultivation practices of local farmers.

* Have a strong network and active relationships with rice farmer groups or local agricultural communities in the assigned area.

* Have good intrapersonal skills, high integrity, honesty, and be able to work independently in the field.

* Target oriented and able to work well under pressure.

* Accustomed to using laptops, especially Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting and administration purposes.

* Able to adapt quickly to new technologies and learn to use internal applications and systems effectively.

* Have an active Class C driving license and a private motorbike to support work mobility.
