Responsibilities
* Coordinate with Leaders to align organizational structure with business needs and company targets.
* Facilitate communication between employees and management and provide 1-on-1 sessions for employee support.
* Manage and develop performance management systems (PMS), including KPIs, mid-year reviews, end-year reviews, and calibration.
* Following up on performance evaluation results, including Succession Planning and Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
* Develop and implement employee engagement and wellbeing programs, as well as internal event calendars (Townhall, Employee Gathering, Employee Appreciation Day, etc.).
* Create, control, and develop job descriptions and annual MPP evaluations.
* Conduct and manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training to ensure employees understand the company culture and duties.
* Handle transfers, promotions, demotions, resignations, and layoffs processes in accordance with employment policies and regulations.
* Manage industrial relations and collaborate with the Legal & Risk team to resolve employment disputes.
Requirements
* Bachelor (Strata-1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources
* Familiar and interested in the field of Human Resource Development
* Strategic analysis and planning skills.
* Ability to work with a wide variety of people and listen to and understand their perspectives.
* Have the ability to be a mediator in situations that require conflict resolution.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Have an adaptive attitude towards changes in company culture and dynamics.
