Operations Manager

Responsibilities

* Monitor, control, and evaluate ongoing programs/projects
* Coordinate with all parties to ensure processes adhere to SLAs
* Provide reports and analyses to the VP of Operations
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and targets

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, either domestic or international

* 30-40 years old

* Experience working in startups

* Experience in Project Management/Business Development is a plus

* At least 5 years of experience leading a team

* Strong adaptability and resilience under pressure
