Production Planning and Inventory Control

Responsibilities
This role leads end-to-end demand forecasting , facilitates the S&OP process, optimizes inventory efficiency by establishing safety stock policies , reduces excess waste , aligns order quantities with the Finance team, standardizes PPIC workflows , and leads the factory team while reporting key performance metrics to the management level .

Requirements

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering,

* Business, or related field

* Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning or supply chain with minimum 2 years as a Leader or Supervisor

* Understand the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), forecasting , and inventory optimization processes

* Able to collaborate cross-functionally , effective communication , problem-solving , and good strategic planning
