Responsibilities
Supervise the daily execution of the respective region team upstream to downstream operations funnel.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
* Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Operations (Agri-tech and/or Startup experience is a major plus).
* Willingness to be stationed at the assigned operational areas (West Java, East Java, Central Java, or South Sulawesi).
* Proven track record in field operational execution.
* Strong operational sense with a proven ability to manage and lead a team.
