Regional Manager

Responsibilities

* Responsible for all top-line metrics (farmers, revenue) and bottom-line metrics (cost, profit)
* Monitor, control, and evaluate ongoing programs/projects in the region
* Provide reports and analysis to the VP of Operations
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and targets

Requirements

* Male/Female
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, either domestic or international
* Aged 30-40 years
* Has experience working in a startup
* Has experience working as a Regional Manager/City Manager
* Willing to work at the operational area office
* At least 5 years of experience leading a team
* Possesses strong adaptability and resilience in handling pressure
