About the Role

As the Head of Growth, you’ll play a critical role in driving Lumi AI’s go-to-market engine and growing our annual recurring revenue (ARR). You will work directly with the CEO to build and execute strategies that fill the top of the funnel, nurture qualified leads, and convert interest into meetings and opportunities.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape Lumi’s growth strategy and establish the foundation for scalable, repeatable acquisition. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across outbound, content, and product-led growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

– Co-own Lumi AI’s end-to-end growth strategy with a relentless focus on ARR.

– Experiment across all possible growth avenues—outbound, content, partnerships, product-led growth—and double down on what works.

– Build, test, and optimize outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) to engage high-value prospects in our ICP.

– Develop and continuously refine messaging based on customer feedback and market insights.

– Partner closely with the CEO to align growth activities with product roadmap, fundraising efforts, and company strategy.

– Define and prioritize channels, campaigns, and initiatives to scale qualified pipeline generation.

– Build the foundational GTM infrastructure (tooling, reporting, workflows) to support sustainable growth.

– Lead broader demand gen efforts—including events, webinars, newsletters, and product announcements—with clear KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

– ARR generated and influenced through owned growth initiatives.

– Qualified pipeline created (volume and quality of opportunities).

– Cost per opportunity and CAC for major growth channels.

– Outbound performance: reply rates, meetings booked, opps created.

– Growth experiment velocity: number of meaningful tests run/month.

– Channel performance: contribution of each channel to pipeline/revenue.

– Sales cycle acceleration and conversion rate improvement driven by growth activities (e.g., better messaging, nurturing content, etc.).

Required Skills & Experience:

– 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or sales/marketing roles.

– Proven ability to build and scale outbound campaigns from scratch.

– Strong grasp of growth metrics, funnel analysis, and experimentation.

– Excellent copywriting and messaging skills.

– Comfortable working across HubSpot (or similar CRMs), LinkedIn, and cold email tools.

– Self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.

– Deep empathy for the user and strong intuition for what resonates with our ICP.

Nice-to-Have:

– Experience in early-stage startups (especially in AI, analytics, or data tooling).

– Experience in marketing support, such as assisting with email campaigns, event coordination, or SEO research.

– Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Clay, HubSpot, etc.)

– Familiarity with the supply chain, retail, or 3PL industries.

– Knowledge of conversational AI or analytics tools.
