■ About This Position
The Production Development Department is responsible for promoting the improvement and scaling up of production technology for cell-cultured foods. You will be responsible for leading projects in this department.
■ Job Overview
① You will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and scaling up our CulNet System (biomimicry machine) and implementing projects to socially implement a serum substitute production system.
② You will be responsible for advancing the production process for manufacturing cell-cultured foods (especially process design, improvement, and scaling up related to product reactors) and implementing projects to socially implement cell-cultured foods.
③ You will be responsible for promoting the creation and systematization of documents for food certification of cell-cultured foods.
■Specifically…
・Considering scale-up equipment
・Improving cell culture methods
・Improving the quality of cell supernatant
・Handling external communications (government, etc.)
・Promoting HACCP
You will gain business promotion skills by experiencing the process from product development to social implementation.

Recruitment Information
Capacity:1 person
Working hours:9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Flexible working hours (with core time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM), Standard working hours: 8 hours, Break: 60 minutes
Holidays and vacations 122 days per year
- Breakdown: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer special leave (5 days)
- Paid leave: 10 days in the first year (number of days may vary depending on the month of joining, maximum of 20 days granted)
Required skills and experience
* Individuals engaged in life science research
* Graduates of technical colleges or universities
* Individuals without bird or egg allergies
Desired skills and experience:
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preferential treatment:
• Experience in regenerative medicine, drug discovery, or the food industry
• Experience in various animal cell cultures • Ability to present
research findings and participate in conferences in English
• PhD holders
