■ About This Position
You will be in charge of leading a team (pipeline team) that is responsible for commissioned joint research and development with clients (mainly startups and large corporations). Your
mission is to understand the needs of clients who want to enter the cellular agriculture market, and to support their technological development by collaborating with them to advance projects.

Designing commissioned research and development projects from domestic and international partner companies

Recruitment Information
Required skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Engaged in life science research
• Ability to present research findings and participate in meetings in English
Desired skills and experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preferential treatment:
• Experience in regenerative medicine, drug discovery, or the food industry
• Experience with various animal cells, especially primary cell culture
• PhD holders

Employment type: Full-time employee
Expected annual salary: 7-8 million yen
Working hours: 9:00-18:00, flexible working hours (with core time: 13:00-15:00), standard working hours: 8 hours, 60-minute break
Holidays/vacations: 122 days per year, including Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and summer special leave (5 days), paid leave: 10 days in the first year (number of days may change depending on the month of joining, maximum of 20 days granted)
