Research and Development Department (Team Leader Candidate)

You will be in charge of leading a team that promotes joint research with customers (mainly startups and large corporations) and manages joint research organizations.
Your mission is to understand the needs of customers who want to enter the cellular agriculture market, and to support technological development by collaborating with them to advance projects.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Engaged in life science research
• Ability to present research findings and participate in meetings in English

Desired skills and experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be given preferential treatment:
• Experience in regenerative medicine, drug discovery, or the food industry
• Experience with various animal cells, especially primary cell culture
• PhD holders
