Responsibilities and assignments

*Install and perform maintenance on equipment on towers and poles;

*Configure network equipment , ensuring proper functioning;

*Analyze failures, perform tests and apply critical thinking to identify causes and implement solutions;

*Critically evaluate existing systems , proposing technical and operational improvements;

*Take the lead in solving problems;

*Lead projects and initiatives , guiding and supporting less experienced members;

*Maintain a high level of trust with leadership through consistent delivery and team support in complex challenges.

Requirements and qualifications

*Experience in installing telecommunications equipment and photovoltaic systems with batteries;

*Experience in maintenance of equipment installed on towers and poles;

*Ability to configure equipment, analyze failures and perform checklists of installed systems;

*Availability to work at height (NR-35);

*Availability to travel ;

*Driving license category B ;

*Knowledge of TCP/IP networks ;

*Basic skills in the Office package ;

*Courses: NR-10 and NR-35 .
