Agriculture and Farm Data Verification Analyst (fixed-term contract, part-time – 01/09/2025 to 31/03/2026)

Your mission

Klim supports farmers and businesses in their transition to regenerative agriculture. We have created a digital platform that allows farms to easily document regenerative practices, obtain funding for implemented activities, and leverage the knowledge of an engaged community. Together with our farms and partner companies, we strive to sustainably reduce CO₂ emissions from agriculture, improve soil health, and support biodiversity. To ensure the quality and integrity of our operations, Klim has developed its own monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) process.

Your tasks:

As a member of the MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) team, you work closely with our partner farms to ensure the quality and transparency of our results. You work as a verifier as part of our internal verification process. Your role is to verify farm data against the measures they have implemented.

*You meticulously analyze farm documentation such as agricultural applications, fertilizer calculations, seed purchase receipts, service invoices, and inventory lists, and check that the data on our platform matches the documentation.

*Thanks to your knowledge of agricultural sciences, you assess the credibility of implemented regenerative measures, such as crop rotations or fertilizer application.

*You remain in close contact with farms to clarify questions and ambiguities.

*You also support our team in further developing and improving the verification process, especially in the context of new products and internationalization.

*Thanks to your work, we ensure that the amounts of CO₂ sequestered and saved estimated by our model are actually achieved.

Your profile:

*You have an academic degree in agricultural, environmental or related sciences – or you have practical experience in agriculture, e.g. through personal experience or professional work.

*You are interested in regenerative agriculture and sustainable solutions.

*You work independently, in an orderly and responsible manner.

*You are comfortable working with digital tools, especially Excel.

*You speak Polish and English fluently – both orally and in writing
