About the Role

As an **Account Executive at Lumi AI**, you will own the full sales cycle (from qualified opportunity to close) and play a critical role in driving ARR, expansions, and long-term customer relationships. You will work closely with the CEO and GTM team to convert pipeline into revenue and help define a repeatable enterprise sales motion.
This is a ground-floor opportunity for a strong closer who wants meaningful ownership, direct exposure to leadership, and the chance to shape Lumi’s sales motion as we scale. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Deal Execution
– Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close.
– Consistently close new business and drive ARR growth.
– Lead pricing, negotiation, and commercial discussions with prospects.
– Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in HubSpot.
Account Ownership & Expansion
– Own relationships with assigned accounts post-close.
– Identify and drive expansion opportunities, including upsells and renewals.
– Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers.
– Partner with customers to ensure value realization and long-term success.
Sales Process & Collaboration
– Run discovery calls, demos, and executive-level conversations with buyers.
– Collaborate closely with BDRs to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
– Work with the CEO on deal strategy, pipeline reviews, and close plans.
– Provide feedback to product and growth teams based on customer insights.
Sales Playbook & GTM Contribution
– Help define and refine Lumi AI’s sales process, messaging, and playbooks.
– Share learnings from closed-lost and closed-won deals to improve conversion.
– Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable enterprise sales motion.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
– ARR closed (new business and expansions).
– Win rate and average deal size.
– Sales cycle length.
– Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
– Expansion and retention performance within owned accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
– 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling enterprise or technical products.
– Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
– Experience owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
– Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills.
– Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
– Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
– Highly accountable, results-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
Nice-to-Have
– Experience selling data, analytics, AI, or infrastructure products.
– Familiarity with supply chain, retail, or 3PL industries.
– Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
– Experience driving expansions and renewals in a SaaS model.
