We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion, primarily in Western France (Brittany, Normandy, Pays de la Loire). Excellent French skills are essential for this position.

We are seeking a Poultry Sales Manager (M/F) to lead our commercial expansion within the poultry sector. In this strategic role, you will manage and develop our key accounts—specifically targeting integrators, cooperatives, and large poultry groups—with the primary objective of scaling up. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and contract negotiation to achieving ambitious revenue targets in the poultry market.

Main tasks:
* To be the preferred contact for our strategic accounts, establishing a solid relationship of trust to ensure long-term growth and success.

* Manage all sales activities, from prospecting to signing, for new farms, focusing on both hunting (prospecting) and effective closing.

* Working systematically to multiply our deployment tenfold and reach key revenue milestones.

* Collaborating closely with our field technicians and the future Customer Success team to ensure smooth installation and commissioning at each new site.

* During this intensive learning phase, your feedback from the field will be crucial in helping Phagos build robust and scalable sales processes.

* Gather and share insights from your key accounts with internal teams to help refine our product and service offerings.

Preferred experience
* Knowledge of the poultry production cycle (broiler chickens, laying hens) and the animal health ecosystem.

* Proven experience in B2B sales and key account management.

* Strong ability in contract negotiation and closing.

* Ability to build authentic and lasting partnerships with clients.

* Excellent communication skills, able to articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively.

* You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and you are passionate about building processes from scratch.

* Within a small but rapidly expanding team, transparent communication, mutual respect, and mutual support are essential.

* Motivated by clear objectives, with a proven track record of success.

* Fluent English (written and spoken).

* Experience in the biotech, agriculture or animal health sectors.
