Responsibilities and assignments
📍 Working model: Hybrid (to be agreed)

Check out what your daily work routine will be like:

This position will be responsible for mapping processes , developing policies and procedures with business areas, defining and reviewing internal controls , as well as helping to monitor KPIs , on a global level.

Scope of the vacancy:

*Process Mapping and Analysis: Analyze, document and map internal processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.

*Development and Implementation of Internal Controls: Design and implement effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

*Risk Monitoring and Assessment: Conduct periodic assessments and monitor the performance of implemented controls.

*Training and Awareness: Develop and provide training on internal processes and controls for employees.

*Audit Support: Collaborate with internal audits, providing necessary information and documentation.

*Reports and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations with results and recommendations for improvements.

*Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work together with areas such as Compliance, Risk and Audit to ensure the integrity of processes.

Requirements and qualifications
Academic Background:

*Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, Engineering or related fields.

Technical Knowledge:

*Process mapping.

*Corporate governance standards, compliance and best risk management practices.

*Business Process Management (BPM).

*COSO.

*Office package (advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint).

*Advanced/fluent English (reading, speaking and writing).

*Spanish (desirable).

Tools and Certifications (differentials):

*Experience in process management systems (e.g. BPM).

*Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Behavioral:

*Sharp and insightful critical sense.

*Organization and discipline to meet internal and external deadlines.

*Good communication and clarity in conveying ideas.

*Speed of response in problem solving.

*Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork.

*Intellectual curiosity, aptitude for studies and continuous reading.
