Junior Database Analyst | Home Office

Responsibilities and assignments

We are looking for a professional to work in database administration , responsible for maintaining the infrastructure, implementing improvements, and ensuring data security in accordance with company policies. The position will play a key role in supporting development teams, ensuring performance, stability, and best practices in data handling.

📍Work Location: Home office

Here’s what your workday will look like:

* Administering databases, performing infrastructure maintenance, and implementing new processes and software solutions;

* To ensure the security of information and compliance with the company’s internal policies;

* To work on developing improvements, identifying and solving problems related to queries and performance;

* To ensure database performance and the correct application of the methodologies used;

* Support developers in data extraction and manipulation activities ;

* Contribute to the development and optimization of queries, ensuring the correct application of SQL 92 standards ;

* Preventing impacts on the database environment through best practices in modeling, querying, and data manipulation.

Requirements and qualifications

* Have at least one year of experience in the field;
* Knowledge of SQL 92 and Relational Databases;
* English/Spanish (desirable).
