Junior Project Implementation Analyst – Grains and Fibers | Rondonópolis – MT

We are looking for a professional to work on project implementation , ensuring that all stages are executed according to the plan agreed with the client, within the established deadlines and with a high standard of quality. The position will be responsible for providing technical support, training clients, and ensuring the correct implementation of solutions, contributing to the satisfaction and success of the projects.

📍Work Location: Rondonópolis – MT

Here’s what your workday will look like:

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to clients throughout the entire implementation process;

* Conduct training sessions using educational materials, enabling clients to use the solutions;

* Configure the equipment and systems used in the deployment;

* Conduct in-person and/or remote training sessions, ensuring knowledge transfer;

* To ensure projects are delivered within the established deadlines and quality standards;

* To develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and processes related to implementation;

* To ensure that the defined scope for each stage of the project is met , monitoring the progress of activities and guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Requirements and qualifications

* Experience or basic knowledge in supporting project implementation.

* Experience in monitoring and configuring hardware and peripherals in agricultural machinery.

* Experience assisting with technical, practical, and theoretical training for clients, using teaching materials and audiovisual presentations.

* Ability to follow project implementation methodologies and deliver documentation according to validated stages.

* Microsoft Office Suite

* Driver’s license category B

* Availability for travel

Desirable:

* English and/or Spanish
* Knowledge of SGPA and PBI
