Responsibilities and assignments

We are looking for a Solutions Developer passionate about innovation and technology applied to digital agriculture . This professional will be responsible for working on all stages of projects , from conception to final delivery, being present both in the field — to understand and validate operational needs — and in the office , collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-performance solutions.

📍Work Location: Araçatuba – SP

Here’s what your workday will look like:

* Develop innovative projects in the field of digital agriculture, involving the assembly of electronic circuits, basic programming, testing and validation in both bench and field settings;

* Create and validate robotics projects , including autonomous devices aimed at improving agricultural operations;

* Conduct requirements gathering and complete project planning , defining scope, resources, and deadlines;

* Manage and execute the activities and stages of each project until its completion, ensuring quality and adherence to goals;

* Manage stakeholders involved, maintaining technical and strategic alignment throughout the project lifecycle;

* Prepare and organize all the necessary technical documentation for final delivery, ensuring traceability and compliance.

Requirements and qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar fields;

* Knowledge in Electronics, programming, project management concepts, agricultural processes, 3D modeling, sensing and instrumentation, Microsoft Office Suite.

* Availability for long trips;

* Valid driver’s license category B.

Desirable:

* English and Spanish;
* Knowledge in robotics
