Responsibilities and assignments
📢 We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to work in all stages of the selection process, ensuring that new employees have the technical and behavioral profile aligned with the company’s needs . The professional will be responsible for attracting, screening, interviewing and analyzing candidates , in addition to monitoring indicators and continuously improving recruitment processes.

See what your day-to-day will be like in the role:

-Publish vacancies in various sources and communication channels , ensuring the
recruitment of qualified talent.
-Actively participate in selection processes, through hunting, for different levels
and complexities , until hiring.
-Analyze recruitment sources, contact candidates, individual and collective
interviews , in addition to preparing opinions.
-Monitor vacancies with internal clients and external consultants , ensuring
alignment with the desired profiles.
-Plan and organize recruitment methods , formalizing the process through structured
schedules.
-Carry out all stages of the selection process: screening CVs, interviews, applying
selection techniques, preparing opinions and reports .
-Evaluate tests and ensure the referral of qualified candidates , aligned with the
strategic and technical objectives of the requesting area.
-Monitor and analyze Recruitment and Selection indicators , such as level of
assertiveness and average time to fill vacancies .
-Manage the recruitment platform , ensuring organization and efficiency in the
selection process.

Requirements and qualifications
-Completed higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related
areas.
-Experience with recruitment and selection processes at different levels.
-High adherence to organizational culture, ensuring strategic alignment in
recruitment.
-English and/or Spanish.
-Experience with highly complex vacancies (desirable).
