We are looking for a Buyer to work on the acquisition of materials, supplies and services essential to the production process. The professional will be responsible for negotiating and planning strategic purchases, ensuring quality, deadlines and costs aligned with the company’s needs.

Acquisition of Materials and Services:

• Identify industrial purchasing needs in conjunction with internal departments.
• Request and analyze quotations from suppliers, ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio.
• Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality.

Negotiation and Relationship with Suppliers:

• Negotiate prices, terms and payment conditions to optimize costs.
• Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers, ensuring supply reliability.
• Ensure compliance with contractual standards and supply agreements.

Inventory and Input Management:

• Work together with the logistics and planning area to avoid disruptions in supply.
• Monitor stock levels, making strategic replenishments and avoiding waste.
• Contribute to reducing storage costs and increasing operational efficiency.

Market Analysis and Benchmarking:

• Research the market to identify new suppliers, technologies and trends.
• Participate in fairs, events and technical visits to improve knowledge about materials and industrial processes.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure that materials and services purchased meet technical standards and quality standards.
• Comply with environmental, labor and occupational safety regulations.

Reports and Performance Indicators:

• Prepare periodic reports on supplier performance, savings generated and delivery times.
• Monitor KPIs such as savings, lead time and level of internal customer service.
