Senior Agronomic Development Analyst – Grains and Fibers | Sinop – MT

Responsibilities and assignments

We are looking for a professional to work in generating value for clients through Solinftec solutions, supporting operational and agronomic management, identifying opportunities for improvement and transforming data into actions that contribute to gains in efficiency, productivity and return on investment (ROI), strengthening the client experience and satisfaction.

📍 Work Location: Sinop – MT

Here’s what your workday will look like:

* To work together with clients in identifying opportunities for improvement in operational and agronomic processes;

* Analyze data and indicators, directing practical actions that contribute to gains in efficiency, quality, and productivity;

* To plan, execute, and monitor field tests and evaluations in mechanized operations;

* Evaluate planting, fertilization, spraying, soil preparation, and harvesting operations , analyzing their impacts on operational performance and agronomic results;

* Provide in-person customer service, monitoring operations on-site and identifying needs and opportunities;

* Support the implementation and use of Solinftec solutions, ensuring their application in accordance with operational needs;

* Interacting with different areas of the organization, promoting the necessary alignment for the execution of actions and projects;

* To monitor the results of implemented initiatives, contributing to the generation of value, satisfaction, and return on investment for clients.

Requirements and qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

+ Advanced knowledge of machinery, implements, adjustments, calibrations, operational efficiency, and quality of operations.

* Practical experience in agricultural operations, preferably in mechanization, precision agriculture, operational management, or research and development.

* Knowledge of phenology and management of soybeans, corn, and cotton, relating the periods of operations, productivity, and climatic conditions.

* Ability to plan, execute, and monitor tests and experiments, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement.

* Ability to convey technical knowledge clearly and appropriately to different audiences, from the field to management.

* Availability for travel and on-site visits to client operations and properties.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Power BI , for organizing, analyzing, and presenting data.
