Responsibilities and assignments

We are looking for an organized, communicative professional with a strategic profile to work in event management at Solinftec. If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences, know how to balance planning with execution and enjoy working in a team with different areas, this opportunity is for you! 🚀

📍 Home office – Available for frequent travel.

Check out what your day-to-day work routine will be like:

*Manage events from planning to final execution, including defining the main objectives aligned with the company’s strategy.

*Manage the execution schedule and all logistics, working in partnership with internal and external teams.

*Coordinate the creation of communication materials necessary for holding events.

*Organize and coordinate details with vendors, suppliers and partners, including budgets, contract negotiations and service delivery.

*Manage the budget allocated to the event, controlling expenses and ensuring that costs are within the expected range.

*Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Solinftec leaders, ensuring effective service to their event demands.

*Be responsible for managing the event on the day of the event, supervising all logistical aspects, coordinating the team and the speakers or attractions involved.

*Carry out post-event assessments and follow-ups, measuring success through feedback collection, data analysis and preparation of final reports.

Requirements and qualifications

*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields;

*Solid experience in marketing focused on the international market;

*Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;

*Skills in organization and project management;

*Availability for international travel;

*Knowledge of the American and Latin American markets will be considered a differential.
