Telecallers – Punjabi & Hindi.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Talk to farmers over call based on the provided SOP.

* Access and review project dashboards to validate photographs and videos submitted by field staff against defined project requirements.

* Verify the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of photographic evidence captured in the field.

* Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, or missing data in submitted records.

* Maintain a log of validation findings and ensure timely communication of issues to the respective field teams.

* Share daily updates on identified issues and required corrective actions via email.

* Coordinate with field teams to ensure prompt resolution and resubmission of corrected evidence.

* Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Qualification: Anything above 12th is acceptable, but a graduate degree is preferred. Knowledge of agriculture practices, especially AWD is preferred.

* Must be able to communicate effectively with farmers and rural stakeholders.

* Prior experience is preferred.

Language Requirements:

* Must be a local candidate who can fluently speak and understand the local district/state language.

* Proficiency in Hindi/Punjabi is preferable.
