Nobell has discovered how to transform plants into living bioreactors to produce real dairy proteins. Nobell is launching with a plant based cheese that uses real casein, which gives cheese its unique stretchiness, meatiness, and mouthfeel.
Magi was a Project Manager at Shell for over 3 years before applying to YC with the idea for Nobell. Magi holds a BS in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UT Austin and an MS in Engineering & Project Management from UC Berkeley.
