AgFunder, Bessemer Venture Partners, Horizons Ventures, S2G Ventures.
Atomo makes coffee without the coffee beans. They do so by reverse engineering coffee's aroma, flavor, color, caffeine content and mouthfeel with upcycled and sustainable ingredients. By recreating coffee using its molecular building blocks, Atomo gains precision control over the end product and is able to avoid undesirable traits and fine-tune certain characteristics.
