Max Mandias Co-Founder and CTO

Max Mandias has a background in International Finance and Control, and transitioned from roles in business analysis to the culinary world, driven by a passion for sustainable and healthy eating. He co-founded Burgreens, Indonesia’s largest plant-based restaurant chain, before launching Green Rebel to provide accessible plant-based options for home cooks and food services. Max is also a certified Plant-Based Nutrition Coach from Cornell University.
