Summary

IGS has developed a proprietary power, communication and operations platform for controlled environment agriculture (CEA). These three components have been designed into a unique single core power and communications system that is managed by a bespoke SaaS and data control platform. The core of the IGS technology is a 3-phase AC power system that simulates continuous DC power, and in doing so, greatly reduces equipment complexity and cost while providing significant power savings of 50% in addition to decreasing installation costs by 80%. This technology has the potential to materially change the way indoor growing is undertaken and vastly improves the potential for successful farming given the cost savings this system provides. There are a wide variety of applications of this technology across all forms of CEA as well as the commercial and retail lighting sectors.

  • IGS technology is applicable to numerous markets where lighting installation, operation and control constitute a material business cost.
  • Strong IP suite with global coverage.
  • Extensive sales pipeline with some of the largest CEA operators globally.
  • Very strong investor syndicate led by S2G.
