Sohail Gupta Co-founder and CEO
Sohail Gupta is the CEO and co-founder of Brown Foods, a company pioneering UnReal Milk, a lab-based dairy alternative. An alumnus of IIT Delhi and Stanford University, he has over nine years of experience in the food and healthcare sectors across India, the USA, and the Middle East. His personal experiences as a vegetarian and his spouse’s dietary challenges during pregnancy inspired him to develop sustainable, animal-free dairy products.
Bhavna Tandon Co-founder and CSO
Dr. Bhavna Tandon is the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Brown Foods, a food technology startup developing UnReal Milk, a lab-based, animal-free dairy alternative. She earned her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Rice University and has over three years of experience as a Research Scientist at the University of Texas Health Science Center, focusing on cell culture and model organisms.
