India agrifood startup investment jumped 119% year-over-year to $4.6 billion in the fiscal year ending March 31 2022.

Jumbo deals in downstream food delivery categories bolstered funding totals while technologies operating closer to the farm closed more deals.

Farm Tech startups raised $1.5 billion, a 185% YoY increase, and closed 60% of all deals.
